Same. Same.

So this weekend my grandaughter came for a visit. She is currently 33 weeks pregnant and we were discussing her preparations for the baby.

She told me she has been looking for a pink cardigan to bring her baby home in. So I offered to make her one. I am repeating this one I made for her cousin's baby.

I made another one as well, but she prefers pink and I can only manage this last one for the moment.

My hands are hurting and I have limited spoons due to fibromyalgia, so this last one will be fully crocheted. It doesn't seem to hurt them as much as knitting at the moment.

Although the new one will be fully crocheted, it will fairly similar... very alike. Same. Same.

Perhaps this will help.

You may recall I suffer from trigger finger and arthritis in my hands. It's only recently that I have taken up knitting and crochet after putting it away for a few years.

Today I came across an advertisement for supports for the thumb area that kills us as we knit or crochet.

Here is the link!   I am not affiliated with this company, but just want to pass information on to others who suffer similar pains and who miss being creative because of it.

Perhaps this will help.

I just came across this video about how knitting (and crochet) are good for your health. Check it out!
